This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a designated geographic area.
• Identify the clinical needs, objectives, and limitations of clients concerning patient care.
• Discuss and showcase how the company's products can assist clients in meeting their objectives.
• Provide case coverage and help in reaching the projected sales targets.
• Work alongside the Territory Manager to ensure effective case coverage.
• Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including troubleshooting and education.
• Stay updated on the latest product advancements and educate customers accordingly.
• Assist in the creation of educational materials for internal teams.
• Proven experience in clinical support with a solid understanding of medical devices.
• Strong capacity to engage in procedural and technical conversations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to provide case coverage and support clinical outcomes effectively.
• Familiarity with monitoring product inventory.
• Experience in educating customers on product usage and advantages.
