This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The CRA collaborates closely with fellow CRAs and the Local Study Team to ensure that study responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently and on schedule.
• Serves as the primary liaison with the study site, overseeing the monitoring of study execution.
• Takes charge of the preparation, initiation, monitoring, and closure of assigned sites within clinical trials.
• Verifies that site personnel have appropriately completed and documented the essential training, including ICH-GCP training.
• Ensures that all study-related documents under their purview are accessible and ready for final archiving.
• Works in conjunction with local Medical Science Liaisons as directed by LSAD or their line manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in life sciences.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient negotiation abilities.
• Required proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in local language(s) is mandatory.
• Fundamental understanding of GMP/GDP.
• Solid medical knowledge with the capacity to learn pertinent Client Therapeutic Areas.
