This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as the primary data manager for one or more clinical research initiatives.
• Act as a communication bridge between the Project Lead and/or the client.
• Implement project protocol elements into daily operations and guide others in their application.
• Function as a liaison for data management study activities across departments and with clients.
• Generate project-specific status updates for management, the Project Lead, and/or clients.
• Monitor and assess study metrics, escalating issues in line with risk management protocols.
• Assist in bid preparation and represent data management during bid defense meetings when necessary.
• Aid in estimating project hours and determining resource needs.
• Help oversee project budgets, manage out-of-scope work, and handle Contract Modification processes.
• Lead large-scale and complex studies.
• Assign and oversee tasks to ensure project activities are completed on schedule, within quality standards and budget constraints.
• Mentor junior staff on study-related responsibilities.
• Support administrative and financial oversight for designated projects.
• Engage with management concerning data management operations.
• Facilitate project resourcing and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent mix of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may fulfill the requirements.
• Capability to apply knowledge and skills while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and client expectations.
• Proficiency in using interactive computer applications.
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Competence in maintaining confidentiality of clinical and client proprietary data.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train study teams effectively.
• Proficient in data management processes.
• Ability to assist with project resourcing and timeline management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
