Senior Clinical Data Science Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the analysis, interpretation, and management of clinical data to enhance the success of our clinical trials.

• Supervise clinical data science workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timeline expectations.

• Lead the formulation and execution of clinical data management strategies to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the precise integration of data science methodologies into clinical trial designs.

• Supervise the analysis of clinical data to generate actionable insights that guide study decisions and outcomes.

• Provide strategic direction on data governance, quality control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Forge partnerships with key stakeholders to utilize the latest innovations in data science and technology within clinical research.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• Significant experience in clinical data science, particularly focused on data management and analysis in clinical trials.

• Direct experience with Digital Health data, including at least one of the following: ePRO, eCOA, eDiary systems.

• Familiarity with patient-reported outcome platforms.

• Knowledge of digital endpoints utilized in clinical trials.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.

• Strong leadership capabilities and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrix environment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and drive change within a complex organization.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).
