This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Evaluate and label clinical data to ensure consistency and alignment

• Support subject matter expert assessments of annotations

• Assess model outcomes and execute complex human-data-intensive tasks with precision and timeliness

• Offer expertise in PointClickCare, particularly regarding clinician-documented EHR workflows

• Address disputes and inconsistencies among clinical subject matter experts concerning clinically labeled data

• Collaborate with research, product teams, and other stakeholders to aid in requirements gathering

• Educate both technical and non-technical audiences on intricate clinical elements of AI solutions

• Champion the quality and clinical precision of AI solutions

• Work alongside senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI UXR/UXD researchers

• Current RN or NP degree with a valid license

• Over 7 years of nursing experience

• Preferred experience in LTPAC and management

• Knowledge in healthcare informatics or equivalent technical background

• Strong grasp of AI concepts, including hallucinations and omissions, as well as terminology related to LLM, NLP, and ML

• Proficiency in using PointClickCare products

• Familiarity with data labeling software

• Capability to engage in extensive computer-based data manipulation for prolonged periods

• Understanding of statistical measures that support inter-annotator agreement

• Quick adaptability to new software, concepts, technologies, and systems

• Skill in reviewing nuanced clinical concepts and categorizing them

• Ability to engage with SMEs and foster consensus among various specialties and expertise levels

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
