Senior Clinical Data AI Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Review and categorize clinical data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) evaluations of annotations.

• Assess model outcomes and carry out intricate human-data-intensive tasks.

• Offer PointClickCare expertise in clinical workflows as a clinician documenting electronic health records (EHR).

• Address disputes and inconsistencies among clinical SMEs regarding clinically labeled data.

• Collaborate with research teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify requirements.

• Educate both technical and non-technical audiences on the complex clinical elements of AI solutions.

• Champion the quality and clinical integrity of AI solutions.

• Work alongside senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI User Experience Research/User Experience Design researchers.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN or NP degree along with a valid current license.

• Over 7 years of nursing experience.

• Preferred experience in Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) and management.

• Knowledge in healthcare informatics or equivalent technical skills/background.

• Strong grasp of AI-related phenomena such as hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, and ML.

• Proficient in using PointClickCare products.

• Experience with data labeling software.

• Capability to perform extensive computer-based data manipulation for prolonged periods.

• Understanding of statistical measures that support inter-annotator agreement.

• Quick learner of new software, concepts, technologies, and systems.

• Skillful at differentiating nuanced clinical concepts into distinct categories.

• Ability to engage SMEs and foster consensus across various specialties and expertise levels.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
