This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver support to clients
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to escalate complex issues
• At least five (5) years of experience in a BPO environment
• Two years or more of experience as a Subject Matter Expert, Assistant Coach, or Assistant Team Lead is an advantage
• Strong English communication and multitasking abilities
• Ideally, a background in Customer Service
• Knowledge and experience in generating and presenting reports
• Experience in appointment setting is a plus
• Available to work night shifts and start training immediately
• Must have a home office setup that provides a conducive working environment
• A computer or laptop with at least Core i5 or higher/7th generation or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitors
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps for both upload and download
• Backup power and internet is essential
