📋 Description

• Delivering expert program advice to clients and tenants.

• Evaluates residents' third-party insurance policies to assess compliance with client requirements for opting out of the damage waiver program.

• Engages with clients regarding penetration declines.

• Implements new properties for current clients.

• Offers customer service to both clients and residents.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
