Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage over 10 active programmatic campaigns from start to finish across various accounts.

• Lead all client communications, including status updates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and escalations, while providing clear insights and recommendations that align with business outcomes.

• Act as the technical lead for campaign execution, closely collaborating with Operations to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, optimized effectively, and aligned with strategy (including targeting, pacing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting).

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of DSP functionality and optimization techniques to inform setup decisions, diagnose issues, and enhance performance.

• Provide client-ready reports and performance insights in collaboration with the Analytics team.

• Actively identify and support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in conjunction with the Sales team.

• Work collaboratively across teams to address issues, improve performance, and ensure a superior client experience.

• Partner with your Client Success Director on escalations, prioritizing resolutions, communicating progress, and ensuring timely outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad-tech within Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles.

• Required hands-on experience with DSP, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple active campaigns and client relationships.

• Excellent communication skills with a comfort level in leading discussions with clients and executives.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.

• Robust analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and performance reporting.
