Senior Client Success Manager – Programmatic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee 10+ active programmatic campaigns from start to finish across various accounts.

• Manage all client communications, including status updates, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and escalations, offering clear insights and recommendations linked to business outcomes.

• Act as the technical authority for campaign execution, closely collaborating with Operations to ensure campaigns are set up correctly, optimized efficiently, and aligned with overall strategy.

• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of DSP functionality and optimization techniques to inform setup choices, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance.

• Provide client-ready reports and performance insights in collaboration with the Analytics team.

• Actively identify and assist with upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.

• Work collaboratively across departments to address issues, enhance performance, and guarantee a top-notch client experience.

• Collaborate with your Client Success Director on escalations, prioritizing solutions, communicating updates, and ensuring timely resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad-tech within Client Success, Account Management, or related fields.

• Required hands-on experience with DSP, encompassing campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple active campaigns and client relationships.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversations with clients and executives comfortably.

• Strong attention to detail and capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient analytical skills and familiarity with Excel and performance reporting.
