This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
β’ Actively manage client relationships by overseeing the onboarding process for new groups.
β’ Take charge of open enrollment assistance by leading or participating in relevant meetings.
β’ Manage client renewals while recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
β’ Maintain a portfolio of business and comprehend the needs of brokers and clients within designated territories.
β’ Produce and request reports, extracting insights from the data.
β’ Operate efficiently at a high volume (consider: 40+ emails per day).
β’ Work collaboratively across various internal teams.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing position.
β’ Must possess a Life & Health license.
β’ Proficient in communicating with multiple stakeholders in both tactical and strategic manners.
β’ Proven track record in investigating and resolving client issues.
β’ Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to swiftly learn new product lines and adjust to evolving sales and service processes.
β’ Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or Client Success tools is preferred.
