This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will oversee a portfolio of brand accounts.
• Maintain client satisfaction, foster growth, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure the team is aligned and functioning efficiently through improved systems and technology.
• Act as the vital link among Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
• If any issues arise (performance, scope, relationship, or margin), you will identify them early and resolve them promptly. No surprises, no last-minute rush—just consistent, commercial ownership.
• Manage client relationships throughout launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing programs. Collaborate across teams. Build trust and engage in direct discussions when performance needs enhancement.
• Convert data into clear and actionable strategies. Present performance metrics against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and articulate their significance.
• Oversee timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution for seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns. Ensure work remains on-brand, timely, and within budget.
• Manage renewal schedules. Identify upsell opportunities and drive Net Revenue Retention. Be prepared to discuss account growth confidently with concrete figures.
• Forecast performance and optimize mid-campaign. Use insights from reporting to inform future strategies rather than merely recapping past performance.
• Maintain accurate tracking. Monitor team capacity. Address inefficiencies and ensure client feedback is not overlooked.
• 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Proven hands-on campaign experience, particularly with Meta and TikTok.
• A strong track record of account growth and retention—be ready to share metrics.
• Experience measured against revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs.
• Leadership experience, including conducting 1:1s, managing workloads, and supporting team performance.
• AI-savvy—ability to integrate AI tools into daily tasks for faster execution, enhanced insights, and more effective workflows.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• You should possess commercial acumen, operational reliability, and the ability to discuss the revenue impact of the accounts you have managed with confidence.
