This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate advanced, multi-practice discovery sessions focused on achieving business objectives rather than just product offerings.
• Take complete responsibility for the solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale projects.
• Proactively seek out cross-practice opportunities that encompass networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Ensure alignment across practices by promoting cohesive architectural solutions and clearly defined execution pathways.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
• Work alongside Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).
• Act as a crucial technical escalation point during the later stages of the sales process.
• Provide mentorship to CSAs and engineers on best practices for solution design, discovery techniques, and consultative selling.
• Aid in the creation of reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 during senior-level client meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies as specified in the requirements section.
• Identify and raise security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively participate in remediation efforts.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record in designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
• Advanced consultative discovery abilities with a demonstrated capacity to guide client decision-making processes.
• Broad technical expertise across at least two of Myriad360's core practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Relevant OEM certifications are strongly preferred.
