This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide extensive support to FraudCapture® clients.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create helpful documentation.
• Foster strong customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for issues and escalations.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting for reported concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Over 3 years of experience in detecting and investigating healthcare fraud.
• More than 2 years of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong understanding of how investigative teams utilize systems for their tasks.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt explanations to various technical proficiencies.
• Capability to develop training materials (e.g., written documents, videos, presentations).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities concurrently.
