This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Cultivate robust and transparent relationships with clients, providing them with consistent updates regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver strategic advice and impactful solutions.
• Oversee the creation of budgets and forecasts alongside clients, ensuring optimal budget utilization and accurate billing.
• Acquire a deep understanding of each client's industry, business obstacles, and objectives to customize strategies that yield measurable results.
• Collaborate with Tinuiti's internal teams to positively influence client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a communication liaison for clients, ensuring they receive timely updates on project advancements and outcomes. Address client concerns swiftly and effectively to uphold client satisfaction.
• Empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to discuss strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our expertise.
• Maintain and utilize extensive knowledge of market trends, emerging developments, and best practices in the client’s industry, enhancing their strategies and recommendations.
• Utilize strong expertise in various digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to formulate strategic plans that clearly align channel recommendations with the client’s business objectives.
• 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner positions with a proven history of executing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in various digital platforms and their interconnectivity.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge of research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both external and internal teams.
