This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Senior Client Executive is tasked with overseeing and servicing complex accounts while strategically fostering and maintaining consultative relationships with clients.
• Assess and inform clients about missing coverage options or newly available solutions.
• Proven experience managing clients at either the advisor level or client manager level.
• Possess the ability and experience to comprehend clients' financial situations and personal circumstances.
• Deliver a unique and considerate experience focused on offering appropriate advice that builds client confidence and secures business.
• Provide comprehensive client and risk management services.
• Develop working relationships with industry partners, leveraging specialists and networks to enhance client service and support, as well as personal expertise.
• Stay informed about industry developments, insurance laws, and policy management strategies.
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through a distinctive experience that highlights the firm's unique value proposition.
• Manage client relationships with the aim of achieving first-call status for all insurance planning and needs.
• Supply information regarding new insurance products, regulatory matters, and updated policies.
• Ensure adherence to all company guidelines and regulatory policies.
• Identify customers' insurance requirements through fundamental modules.
• Offer various insurance products to effectively meet identified needs.
• Maintain and refresh records and files on existing clients.
• Prioritize customer needs and cross-sell services and products across diverse company business lines.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in advisory, client management, and plan management is preferred.
• Must maintain all licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to provide services, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm operates, or be willing and able to obtain all necessary licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
• Some travel may be necessary.
