Senior Client Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client-facing delivery plans, milestones, and the quality of deliverables for clients collaborating with Limetree on ongoing marketing strategies, insights, and services.

• Ensure that materials presented to clients are clear, comprehensive, and in alignment with the approved scope, strategy, and client expectations.

• Review client-facing documentation for clarity, completeness, and readiness prior to delivery.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and unresolved questions impacting client outcomes, proactively addressing issues where feasible and escalating with suggested next steps when necessary.

• Coordinate efforts across strategy, behavioral science, data, media, and creative teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding daily communications.

• Lead status updates, delivery check-ins, and ongoing discussions.

• Recognize delivery risks and client requirements that extend beyond the initial sales agreement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, account leadership, or project leadership roles.

• Experience managing intricate, client-facing projects within the healthcare sector or similarly regulated environments.

• Strong delivery instincts with the capability to convert strategy into execution.

• Comfort in asserting pushback to clients and internal stakeholders when necessary.

• Ability to lead through influence rather than relying solely on formal authority.

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with marketing workstreams such as campaign development, messaging, creative, media, digital marketing, insights, or performance reporting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience utilizing tools such as Asana and Microsoft applications.
