Senior Client Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Program Management to investigate and address client financial concerns.

• Examine client contract agreements by auditing current invoicing and implementing new arrangements.

• Assist management in recognizing and assessing the potential financial implications of various business challenges, opportunities, and decisions.

• Aid internal stakeholders by identifying avenues to enhance EBITDA.

• Optimize revenue through a precise and timely client billing process.

• Generate monthly and ongoing billing and reporting for external clients.

• Support the finance management team in efforts to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing to boost EBITDA and cash flow.

• Execute reporting enhancements integrated into the client billing and reporting procedures.

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and billing for customers.

• Guide and mentor the billing team staff to encourage departmental growth.

• Complete tracking and reporting for leisure activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or relevant experience.

• Prior experience in finance or client billing.

• Required proficiency with ERPs, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, ADS/Global MAX, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
