Senior Claude AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments of organizational structures and operating models

• Evaluate AI readiness and pinpoint opportunities for transformation

• Create business processes and operating models that are AI-enabled

• Formulate AI transformation roadmaps and develop business cases

• Suggest initiatives for organizational redesign and workforce transformation

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engage with executives

• Assist in AI adoption, change management, and business initiatives

• Offer strategic guidance on AI implementation and the realization of business value

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, organizational development, or digital transformation

• At least 3 years of experience with Generative AI solutions, such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, or similar technologies

• Strong expertise in conducting organizational reviews, process enhancement, and change management

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentations

• A positive mindset with a solution-oriented approach in all work facets

• Capability to work autonomously and collaborate with various departments as necessary
