Senior Claims Representative – BI, GLPD, PIP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of moderate to complex claims with limited supervision, including bodily injury, PIP, and general liability property damage.

• Employ critical thinking skills to investigate and establish a basis for making coverage determinations.

• Assume full responsibility for claims from the initial investigation to final resolution.

• Assess coverage, determine liability, evaluate damages, and negotiate equitable settlements.

• Ensure accurate reserves are maintained, manage files efficiently, and present claims to committees as necessary.

• Prepare reservation of rights and coverage denial correspondence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in managing complex claims, specifically in bodily injury and general liability property damage.

• Comprehensive understanding of policy language, endorsements, contracts, risk transfer agreements, and indemnification tenders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.

• AINS and/or AIC designations are advantageous.
