📋 Description

• Evaluate and adjudicate standard to moderately complex life and annuity claims

• Ensure claims are processed accurately and promptly

• Verify beneficiary designations and execute payments correctly

• Keep precise records and documentation for all claims managed

• Effectively communicate with beneficiaries, agents, and internal stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• 3–5 years of experience in life, annuity, or RPS claims, or a related area

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Basic understanding of life insurance products and claims procedures

• Strong customer service orientation

• Proficient in using digital tools and claims management systems
