This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conducting investigations into moderately complex, unrepresented claims.
β’ Managing both MIG and intricate first-party injury claims on a rotational basis.
β’ Taking responsibility for pending claims of Accident Benefit Claim Advisors.
β’ Analyzing insurance policy language and determining coverage options.
β’ Investigating, negotiating, and resolving accident benefits claims.
β’ Adhering to best practices as outlined in Allstate's policies and procedures.
β’ Ensuring comprehensive documentation of files.
β’ Engaging with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, and attorneys in a professional manner.
β’ A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Ontario Accident Benefits experience outside the MIG.
β’ Achieved βOn Trackβ or better file quality results in the past year.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent critical thinking skills to assess the strengths and weaknesses of claims.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
β’ Completion of CIP designation or a desire to pursue it is preferred.
