This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Carry out change and adoption initiatives while adhering to established strategies for AI platform releases.
• Create practical, workflow-oriented materials to support everyday usage.
• Recognize change impacts and proactively suggest solutions to overcome adoption challenges.
• Organize activities across releases to ensure proper sequencing and reduce change fatigue.
• Prepare materials, coordinate engagement efforts, and monitor stakeholder involvement.
• Provide champions and business leaders with tools to enhance confidence and facilitate adoption.
• Develop coaching resources, toolkits, and messaging that promote desired behaviors.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to enhance key communications.
• Produce clear, engaging content customized for various audiences.
• Work with Product and Learning teams to provide effective enablement experiences.
• Aid in the delivery of training and communications, including follow-up and effectiveness assessments.
• Maintain and update toolkits, FAQs, and supporting materials.
• Monitor adoption metrics and convert data into actionable insights.
• Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback and readiness indicators.
• Facilitate feedback loops throughout testing, training, and post-launch phases.
• Identify opportunities to enhance adoption and integrate new ways of working.
• Assist in the planning and execution of change and enablement activities from start to finish.
• Track timelines, risks, and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Lead meetings, document outcomes, and communicate progress effectively.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, L&D, or a related discipline.
• Experience in supporting technology or digital platform adoption initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve set goals.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, communications, or L&D teams.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced settings.
• Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments (preferred).
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated sectors (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or emerging technology programs (preferred).
• Knowledge of digital workplace and productivity tools like Smartsheet or Asana (preferred).
