📋 Description

• Take on a pivotal leadership position in the transformation and modernization of reinsurance accounting operations.

• Spearhead the implementation and enhancement of the Sapiens Reinsurance Pro system.

• Foster efficiency, automation, and improvements in processes throughout the ceded reinsurance function.

• Serve as a technical authority and strategic leader by collaborating with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.

• Direct system configuration, manage data interfaces with financial systems, and ensure the correct establishment of contracts and claims frameworks.

• Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team, offering technical expertise across various departments.

• Oversee complex projects, influence stakeholders, and improve operational capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Ceded Reinsurance and/or Reinsurance Accounting.

• In-depth experience with reinsurance systems, especially Sapiens Reinsurance Pro.

• Demonstrated experience in leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Strong foundation in statutory reporting, Schedule F, and regulatory compliance.

• Comprehensive understanding of reinsurance accounting principles and contract structures.

• Proven leadership experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• Must currently possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position, either now or in the future.
