This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Analyze the underlying causes of customer challenges and opportunities, crafting compelling narratives to motivate actions for resolution.
β’ Lead the local Category Leadership (CL) team, guiding CL Advisors in their personal and professional growth while collaborating with their designated accounts.
β’ Oversee the identification of business opportunities within categories and customers, formulating actionable recommendations, and assisting customer business teams in implementation.
β’ Set team priorities for customer categories that align with the goals and objectives established by both the customer and Kraft Heinz.
β’ Create impactful, customer-tailored category development recommendations that support key business growth initiatives.
β’ Proficient in utilizing various data sources, including syndicated data, shopper card, and household panel data, to craft persuasive narratives that drive business recommendations.
β’ Capable of educating, implementing, and advising on category management best practices.
β’ Serve as the Category Leadership representative in strategic customer meetings and interactions, such as Joint Venture Partner (JVP) meetings.
β’ In-depth knowledge of syndicated, shopper, and panel data.
β’ Exceptional visual storytelling abilities.
β’ Strong mentorship and people development skills.
β’ Comprehensive industry and sales knowledge, particularly in category and space management.
β’ Excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills, with the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions beyond Kraft Heinz.
