Senior Campaign Manager

Posted Jul 17

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the daily execution of various influencer campaigns simultaneously, spanning multiple brands.

• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals to ensure nothing is overlooked.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.

• Hold cross-functional team members accountable for meeting deadlines and deliverables, despite lacking direct authority.

• Proactively identify potential issues and maintain alignment among all stakeholders rather than reactively addressing problems.

• Develop creator pricing from the ground up utilizing CPV (cost per view) and anticipated performance metrics.

• Negotiate creator fees within budget constraints and target CPV, safeguarding both campaign results and profit margins.

• Actively negotiate for added-value assets and enhance the value of every agreement.

• Oversee campaign budgets meticulously, model various scenarios, and identify commercial risks early on.

• Treat each campaign as a commercial venture, not merely a creative project.

• Establish trustworthy relationships through transparent, proactive communication without surprises.

• Adapt to each client's communication style, from detailed weekly reports to quick informal updates.

• Anticipate client needs, provide insights, and create conditions conducive to renewal and growth.

• Compile casting shortlists and determine creator compatibility based on client archetypes, campaign objectives, and creator verticals.

• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, leading all communications and coordination.

• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, cultural nuances, and campaign goals.

• Manage creator contracts, usage rights, and compliance with disclosure regulations effectively.

• Monitor performance based on key metrics: CPV, reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Utilize Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools to oversee campaigns during execution, not just post-completion.

• Maintain Kyra as the single source of truth, with all updates, creator communications, and statuses reflected on the platform instead of private spreadsheets.

• Identify data inconsistencies and workflow gaps promptly.

• Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients, supported by reliable daily reporting.

• Operate within Kyra's proprietary platform as a power user, managing campaigns end-to-end within the technology.

• Generate campaign insights that inform product development and leverage the platform's outputs in account management, creating a genuine feedback loop between you and the technology.

• Utilize AI on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of your work.

• Quickly adopt new tools and optimize workflows on Kyra's AI-native platform.

• Embrace a spirit of experimentation, as this mindset is yielding positive results across the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in an agency setting managing influencer or creator campaigns, which is our primary focus.

• A true KPI and performance-oriented mindset, comfortable taking ownership of metrics and being assessed on them.

• Proficiency in CPV: able to construct creator pricing based on performance targets and justify it.

• Strong skills in Excel and data management: including formulas, pivot tables, and building trackers from scratch.

• Familiarity with AI and a genuine willingness to integrate it into your work processes.

• Availability to work during EST hours.

• 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator and talent management, or campaign and project management.

• Experience with both consumer/DTC and tech/B2B brands.

• Experience in negotiating with creators and handling contracts.

• Client-facing experience is essential.

• Strong cultural awareness and an understanding of emerging trends in the US market.

• Proficiency across social media platforms, creator culture, and the intricacies of digital and creator marketing.

• Genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy.

• A proactive problem-solver who remains composed under pressure and manages multiple projects effectively.

• High standards of work, low ego, collaborative spirit, and adaptability are crucial.

🏝️ Benefits

• A remote-first team structure, allowing you to work from wherever you perform best.

• 25 days of paid time off in addition to public holidays, 4 company-wide days off (Kyra Days), 3 wellness days, and paid sick leave each year.

• An annual Learning and Development budget for skill enhancement.

• An annual bonus scheme to reward outstanding performance.

• A healthcare stipend for US-based team members.
