Senior Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing Acxiom’s campaign execution, managing the entire process from start to finish.

• Develop campaign strategies that include timelines, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities.

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure clarity of responsibilities.

• Facilitate the completion of tasks and manage transitions among internal and external participants.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that inputs, creative materials, and response data align with campaign standards.

• Address and resolve issues related to timing, quality, and performance, escalating when necessary.

• Email campaigns require managing files, creative assets, HTML coding, and testing in collaboration with partners and clients for marketing and analytics purposes.

• Digital campaigns involve leveraging various onboarders, transforming data, and distributing data files to partners to support client marketing and analytics initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills for engaging both internal teams and external clients.

• Proficient in Acxiom platforms and internet technologies, with a strong eagerness to expand technical expertise.

• Highly proactive and organized, demonstrating a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks with a keen attention to detail.

• A solid understanding and interest in the practical applications of email and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with HTML and basic coding competencies.

• Strong knowledge of productivity software such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside collaboration and project management tools.

• Good grasp of database structures and management practices.

• A collaborative team player who understands when to lead and when to support others.
