This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Respond to and monitor incoming calls
• Create and submit precise, comprehensive reports within government systems
• Provide training and onboarding for new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Perform database and open-source research
• Appropriately route and escalate calls
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
• Over 5 years of experience in a call center environment
• Associate's Degree
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and entering data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in telephony systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing sensitive information
