This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Utilize a computerized system to address inquiries from Montana Medicaid providers within a call center setting, adhering to established scripts and procedures.
• Assess customer needs, provide answers to questions, and resolve issues.
• Employ provided tools to facilitate conversations with customers.
• Deliver essential information to customers while maintaining a warm and empathetic communication style.
• Collect information to ensure customer profiles and accounts are current.
• Verify necessary documentation and images.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings.
• Complete mandatory training assignments.
• Monitor daily tasks for quality assessment.
• Offer outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with team members or supervisors regarding any issues or discrepancies.
• Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
• Carry out additional clerical or administrative duties as required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; some college education is preferred.
• Previous experience with Montana Medicaid is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications are essential.
• Prior office or administrative experience is required.
• Must possess legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment screening is necessary.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare or insurance terminology is advantageous.
• Experience with computer systems, including data entry and database documentation, is preferred.
