This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manages Microsoft Teams Phone, Amazon Connect, CallTower, Retarus, and various other enterprise communication platforms.
• Delivers advanced Tier II/III support for unified communications and associated infrastructure.
• Enhances operational efficiency, service reliability, and user experience through infrastructure modernization, PowerShell scripting, workflow automation, process optimization, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Works collaboratively with Infrastructure, Service Desk, Clinical Operations, Patient Admissions, Information Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to design, implement, support, and enhance enterprise communication services.
• Takes ownership of assigned systems and services by proactively identifying issues, communicating status and risks, fulfilling commitments, and driving resolution of problems.
• Develops and maintains precise technical documentation, implementation procedures, standard operating procedures, operational runbooks, system diagrams, and knowledge articles to ensure operational consistency, knowledge sharing, and business continuity.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing enterprise unified communications, contact center technologies, Microsoft 365, or related enterprise infrastructure.
• Proficiency in supporting enterprise unified communications platforms, such as Microsoft Teams Phone, Amazon Connect, CallTower, RingCentral, Lingo, or similar unified communications and contact center solutions.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities, with the capacity to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as required.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as necessary and travel up to 25% of the time.
