Senior C++ Developer – Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Objective assessment of the technical proficiency of specialists

• Determining alignment with the declared level (Middle, Senior, etc.)

• Evaluation of the depth of practical experience

• Identification of strengths and areas for growth

• Recommendations for preparation for real interviews

• Preparation and provision of structured feedback to candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in C++ development

• Conducting between 1 to 4 interviews per month (depending on your availability)

• Experience in conducting technical interviews (at least 10 in the last year)

• Focus on practical thinking and case studies, rather than just theory

• Understanding of real market requirements

• Adherence to agreed-upon timings

• Responsibility and effective communication
