This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary software owner for digitalDONOR, the OPO Partner Portal, the Azure-based AI tissue donor screening platform (MyDonorServices Screening Center), and other systems as they are developed.
• Oversee all Technology Vendors utilized by Donor Services (DS) and Donor Information (DI).
• Supervise technical implementation and testing by coordinating cross-functional teams to validate logic, outputs, and conduct UAT testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to achieve application integration that meets clinical requirements.
• Propel continuous process improvement by leading and supporting projects, including the development of project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage the OPO Partner Portal by overseeing configuration, making minor updates, and implementing workflow enhancements.
• Engage in SharePoint development along with other low-code business tool development for DS/DI.
• Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for clinical applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Create and deliver training for employees and partners related to owned or contracted software.
• Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures for software systems.
• Facilitate change control processes in alignment with quality system requirements related to software.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, healthcare technology, and regulated industry environments.
• Strong background in clinical chart review, medical record auditing, or clinical data analysis.
• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) and change control environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise systems and vendor-supported platforms, AI-enabled systems or clinical decision support tools, portal administration, user access management, systems integrations, SharePoint development, and workflow automation.
• Capability to conduct complex and significant work with minimal supervision and a broad scope for independent judgment.
