This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise and guide a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers, including managing workloads, prioritizing tasks, coaching, and providing performance support.
• Act as a point of escalation for intricate client and technical issues.
• Manage or oversee key client relationships, ensuring effective communication, quality delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead and assist with audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects for Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation.
• Offer hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Design and provide guidance on lifecycle architecture, lead management, routing, automation, CRM/MAP integrations, attribution, reporting, and data governance.
• Convert complex technical insights into straightforward recommendations for both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Review the work of strategists for technical accuracy and strategic quality prior to client delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal leadership to pinpoint opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Assist in scoping, solution design, and discussions regarding new business opportunities in RevOps.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, playbooks, and technical standards as the Revenue Operations practice evolves.
• Keep track of project health, capacity, utilization, and delivery risks across the team.
• Engage with colleagues through virtual meetings and Slack.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, marketing automation, or a similar field.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management or formal leadership experience with a team.
• Current Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementations.
• Pardot/Account Engagement certification is highly preferred, or 2–3+ years of practical experience in Pardot implementation and administration.
• Significant hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation, lifecycle management, data architecture, integrations, and reporting.
• Proven experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation implementations, audits, migrations, or optimization projects.
• Strong grasp of lead lifecycle management, lead routing, attribution, CRM/MAP integrations, automation, and data governance.
• Ability to conduct senior-level client discussions and translate technical challenges into business solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to manage client expectations and navigate difficult conversations.
• Capacity to balance leadership duties with hands-on technical tasks.
• Prior agency experience is strongly preferred; relevant consulting or professional services experience is also valuable.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
• HubSpot certifications are advantageous.
• Experience working within Salesforce and HubSpot environments for B2B companies is preferred.
• Familiarity with scoping projects, supporting sales discussions, and identifying account expansion opportunities is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects is preferred.
• Must have valid and current work authorization and be a permanent resident of Canada for this position.
• Reliable internet access and a professional background are required.
