Senior Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversees the creation of business cases for proposed initiatives

• Aids in the strategic planning process

• Ensures initiatives align with the strategic business plan and are executed effectively

• Manages large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing performance

• Assembles work teams, fosters consensus, and maintains policy/process integrity

• Conducts in-depth analyses of data, workflows, policies, and more

• Crafts and delivers communications to all organizational levels

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required

• Master's Degree in a related field is preferred

• A minimum of 6 years managing projects is required

• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI is preferred

• Process quality certification is preferred
