This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Collect and document client requirements.

• Support in analyzing business processes, including those related to finance.

• Enhance processes in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to devise optimal solutions for clients.

• Model business processes utilizing Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).

• Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.

• Evaluate business processes and identify areas for enhancement.

• Partner with business units and developers to facilitate process improvements.

• Record requirements and processes in written form.

• Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement (KVP) of processes and tools within business analysis.

• Proven experience in capturing and analyzing business and operational processes.

• Educational background in business administration and/or information technology.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence.

• Experience with the ADONIS BPM suite from the BOC Group (knowledge of other tools such as Signavio, Camunda Platform, etc. is an advantage).

• In-depth understanding of BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013), demonstrated through project experience.

• Organized and self-reliant working style paired with strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clarify complex subjects effectively.

• Openness to work in a remote team environment.

• Availability to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

• Proficiency in German at a business fluent level (C1) and English at a fluent level in both spoken and written form (B2).
