Senior Business Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Salesforce development: Create and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, utilizing Apex, LWC, and Flows as needed based on the specific challenge.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Engage directly with Sales and Marketing to grasp business challenges, refine requirements, and transform concepts into sustainable, production-ready solutions.

• Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other platforms using Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs, incorporating Java or SuiteScript for custom logic when necessary.

• AI implementation: Discover and establish AI-driven automations that minimize manual tasks and enhance data quality throughout the organization.

• NetSuite: Facilitate data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP, providing development support as required.

• Data and analytics: Partner with our data team on BigQuery and dbt to ensure business logic is accurately represented in reports.

• Tech health: Conduct audits and reduce technical debt, transforming legacy code into declarative solutions wherever feasible.

• DevOps and documentation: Oversee releases, manage version control (Git), and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all your developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering context.

• Proficient in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows.

• Strong foundation in Java; familiarity with Apex is expected given their close relationship.

• Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); familiarity with Celigo is a plus.

• Proven experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, with a solid grasp of sales organization dynamics.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Regular interaction with non-technical stakeholders is expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
