This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with AMEC Sales & Marketing teams, along with Distributors & Sales Representatives as needed, to enhance Business Group MOS sales in the AMEC region, utilizing a unified, team-oriented approach; take ownership of and achieve regional BG MOS Sales & Design-win objectives.
• Serve as the representative voice of the Business Group within the AMEC region; act as an advocate and the local authority on the strategies of the BG MOS Product Groups (AutoMOS, PowerMOS, Small-signal MOS).
• Represent the AMEC region within the Business Group; be a vital member of the BG MOS Global Marketing Leadership Team.
• Lead a small team of Product Application Engineers, delivering top-tier support to expand the customer design-in pipeline.
• Identify and foresee customer needs regarding BG MOS products; compile white spot and roadmap requests and feedback for BG Product Management; emphasize regional competitor activities.
• Organize and spearhead marketing campaigns to promote selected portfolios in the market.
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to supply pricing insights and enhance margin opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (additional business qualifications are advantageous).
• At least 7 years of pertinent work experience in a similar role and environment.
• Extensive experience in a customer-facing position related to power electronics products and applications.
• Business-oriented, equally adept at strategy formulation and tactical execution.
• Highly self-driven with a collaborative team spirit.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
