Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of essential infrastructure that the entire organization relies on.

• Create and implement new API connections to various external data sources.

• Model data and present it to key stakeholders.

• Design automated AI workflows that enhance productivity across teams.

• Concentrate on data initiatives aligned with go-to-market strategies.

• Develop foundational systems to support AI functionalities within our database and business platforms.

• Facilitate data integration between SevenRooms and DoorDash.

• Lead initiatives across different departments while establishing governance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with DBT.

• At least 1 year of experience in owning and designing production-grade data pipelines from start to finish.

• Over 4 years of experience managing and administering a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.

• More than 4 years of proven SQL expertise.

• At least 2 years of Python experience applied to real-world data challenges.

• Experience with API integrations, data extraction, and workflow orchestration using Airflow or Cloud Composer.

• Familiarity with deploying or launching AI models within a business environment.

• A history of independently managing multiple high-priority projects.
