Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• The Senior BI Analyst acts as a strategic partner to the relevant business or clinical area, utilizing analytical expertise that encompasses knowledge of data structures, programming, and statistics, coupled with critical thinking and an understanding of their designated subject area/business to facilitate data-driven decision-making within the organization.

• Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and interpreting datasets to address questions or resolve issues, which includes identifying and effectively communicating opportunities for improvement and supporting the assessment of current processes and strategic enhancement initiatives.

• Engages independently with stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish the scope of projects of varying sizes.

• Works collaboratively with internal partners and organizations to design and develop reporting solutions and analytical studies that meet business needs.

• Creates, validates, and executes complex queries.

• Analyzes results and provides recommendations to business areas based on findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience* (Required)

• Proficiency in SQL

• Experience with Tableau

• Familiarity with Databricks (Highly Preferred)

• Knowledge of Epic (Highly Preferred)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required)
