This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of business processes, systems, and workflows for the Church & Influencer team.
• Foster fundraising excellence through process enhancements, change management, workflow design, project coordination, and enablement of business systems.
• Represent the business requirements of Church & Influencer in cross-functional initiatives.
• Supervise the daily intake and request management systems post-implementation.
• Assist in the intake, prioritization, and readiness evaluations for IT requests.
• Map comprehensive fundraising workflows and ensure alignment of procedures across functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and ambiguous processes.
• Initiate, oversee, and manage comprehensive process improvements.
• Coordinate or support rollout plans and change management for evolving processes, products, resources, and tools.
• Manage internal Church & Influencer projects and maintain a central project repository.
• Develop or oversee SOPs, playbooks, process documentation, training materials, and job aids.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading business process improvement, business operations, business systems, sales operations, fundraising operations, or related areas.
• Proven success in implementing and optimizing complex end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Experience in stakeholder alignment, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Experience in utilizing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, business outcomes, and user adoption is preferred.
• Capability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in gathering and translating business requirements.
• Skilled at identifying process impacts and driving scalable solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, project coordination, communication, and change management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience in a fundraising or sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Agile certification is preferred.
