
Senior Business Development Manager, Technology Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for essential strategic partners, overseeing joint business planning, executive alignment, and operational coordination.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of new strategic partnerships - from strategy development, sourcing, contract negotiation, execution, to ongoing relationship management.
• Function as the link between Webflow’s internal teams and external partners to guarantee alignment among product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Discover and assess new opportunities for product integrations between Webflow and leading market technologies. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define, prioritize, and launch collaborative solutions.
• Partner with marketing to execute impactful co-marketing initiatives such as joint content, events, webinars, case studies, and more.
• Foster mutual co-selling success between Webflow and selected technology partners.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs related to each partnership, including integration usage, influenced revenue, and campaign performance.
• Remain updated on partner roadmaps, ecosystem trends, and strategic changes, providing insights back into Webflow’s roadmap and ecosystem strategy.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and/or alliance management - ideally at a rapidly growing software company.
• Demonstrated success in driving strategic, multi-year partnerships that span product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams both internally and externally.
• Thorough understanding of how to identify, scope, and launch successful product integrations utilizing APIs and/or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience in developing and executing co-marketing and co-selling strategies with large partners that yield significant results.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Crossbeam, Affinity, and Loom.
• Additional points if you possess knowledge of no-code, web design, or content management systems (CMS) and/or experience in launching integrations in marketplaces like Adobe Exchange, HubSpot App Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, and/or Salesforce App Exchange.
