
Senior Business Development Lead β Product Enablement Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Define and take ownership of the business development strategy for product enablement. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Engineering to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product roadmap and pinpoint where third-party partnerships can unlock, accelerate, or enhance planned products.
β’ Create a proactive pipeline of partnership opportunities and gradually contribute to the overarching platform partnerships strategy.
β’ Serve as the primary business development contact for the Product Marketing team, fostering trusted relationships with product leads and ensuring ongoing visibility into the roadmap.
β’ Oversee the complete deal process for priority partnerships, from initial outreach and scoping to negotiation, term sheet, and contract execution.
β’ Develop and refine commercial frameworks for various deal types, structuring agreements that minimize costs and vendor reliance while preserving strategic flexibility.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to align on partner profiles, assess costs and revenue opportunities, define success metrics, and create contracting frameworks.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of independently managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
β’ Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to identify and implement technology or data partnerships that directly facilitate product development.
β’ Familiarity with data licensing, API agreements, and technology vendor negotiations, with a comfort level in evaluating build versus buy versus partner tradeoffs.
β’ Proven ability to proactively develop and execute partnership strategies, rather than merely managing incoming opportunities.
β’ Strong commercial instincts and experience in structuring deals across a variety of partner types and commercial models.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments where product priorities can change rapidly, with the ability to maintain focus and momentum across a diverse portfolio.
β’ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to align on strategy and advance deals.
β’ Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of synthesizing complex product and technical contexts into a compelling narrative for external parties and effectively engaging senior stakeholders internally.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
