This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, pursue, and secure high-value, long-term strategic partnerships.
• Drive outbound prospecting initiatives through contemporary sales channels.
• Lead presentations and engage in high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives.
• Oversee the entire sales process from the initial contact to the closing stage.
• Collaborate closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for a seamless post-close transition.
• Provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding market trends.
• A minimum of 5+ years of proven success in an outside business development or strategic sales role.
• In-depth understanding of multi-modal freight management.
• Demonstrated ability to transition discussions from transactional rate shopping to forming strategic partnerships.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in utilizing modern sales enablement tools.
• Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter.
