This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assume full responsibility for all tasks and challenges associated with your designated role.
β’ Collaborate with business units to formulate, assess, and validate business continuity plans.
β’ Partner with Technology teams to guarantee that necessary disaster recovery testing is executed and recorded.
β’ Conduct a comprehensive Business Impact Assessment (BIA) across the company.
β’ Produce reports and analyses of the BIA for both Solutions and Planning stages.
β’ Create and sustain departmental business continuity plans.
β’ Develop playbooks to evaluate the documented business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
β’ Guide both business and technology teams in executing the testing processes.
β’ Compose reports that summarize testing activities, encompassing objectives, planning, scheduling, execution, outcomes, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
β’ Design and/or deliver training and awareness presentations or materials.
β’ Offer support for Business Continuity risk evaluations.
β’ Serve as a resource for information required by Audit and Regulatory examiners.
β’ Bachelor's degree or 7 years of experience in a financial institution; professional certification preferred.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity planning, ideally within the financial services sector.
β’ Familiarity with and understanding of IT technology infrastructure.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge and grasp of contemporary business continuity and disaster recovery planning methodologies.
