This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee Enterprise Architecture initiatives from inception to successful execution for clients.
• Perform thorough assessments of enterprise architecture and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic EA plans that align with clients’ business goals.
• Provide guidance to clients on the selection and application of contemporary architecture tools and technologies.
• Discover new business prospects and potential clients within the realm of Enterprise Architecture Management.
• Create and implement strategic initiatives to attract new clients.
• Conduct needs analyses and design personalized solution strategies for prospective clients.
• Organize and oversee consultant teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Track project objectives, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to executive management.
• Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated consulting experience of at least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture or related corporate governance areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification.
• Familiarity with EAM frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and BIZBOK.
• Experience with EAM tools like HOPEX, LeanIX, BizzDesign, planningIT, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of process, architecture, or data modeling (BPMN, UML, ER modeling).
• Flexibility and mobility necessary for consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and IT/Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience in project management and leading consulting teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a professional demeanor.
• Collaborative working style with the capability to inspire and lead team members.
• Strong conceptual skills, analytical thinking, enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and creativity.
• Proficiency in German at a minimum of C1 level.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
