This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements.
• Conducts interviews to collect business requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methodologies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize gathered requirements, which frequently involve partner vendors.
• Converts conceptual requirements into a format that is easily understandable for solutions vendors, internal technical teams, and the project team.
• Develops process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to support user stories and guide solutions vendors and/or the project team.
• Analyzes and verifies user stories for completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and adherence to standards.
• Establishes precise and accurate acceptance criteria to ensure that business objectives are effectively captured.
• Creates and employs standard templates for writing user stories and the corresponding test plans clearly and concisely.
• Engages in the testing and quality assurance of solutions to ensure that features and functions meet the gathered requirements.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and adjustments to business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that issues and solutions are clearly understood.
• Directly configures and prototypes various system modifications in target systems to support business needs, including Enrollment, Invoicing/Billing, and other relevant functions.
• Analyzes, interprets, loads, tests, and maintains configurable tables.
• BS or BA in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a business environment.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in healthcare technology solutions, specifically configuring various rules and settings (pricing, enrollment, benefits, etc.).
• Prior experience in health insurance or healthcare delivery systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or a similar tool for user story development and tracking.
• Understanding of project management protocols, tools, and methodologies.
