Senior Business Coach, Customer Fulfillment

📋 Description

• Assist new customers during the onboarding phase, facilitating a seamless integration into the Legacy Farmer program.

• Deliver tailored coaching and consulting services to clients, aiding them in enhancing their financial and operational management.

• Act as a leader and mentor, guiding customers through strategic choices that influence their businesses' long-term success.

• Utilize your expertise in agricultural banking or financial sectors to provide reliable financial guidance and best practices.

• Track client performance, helping them monitor essential financial metrics and suggesting strategic adjustments as necessary.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with Legacy Farmer services.

• Assist customers in overcoming operational and financial challenges by offering innovative and practical solutions.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience and align with company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural banking or a comparable financial role within the agricultural sector.

• Demonstrated success in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership position involving direct customer interaction.

• Strong grasp of financial management principles, particularly in relation to the agriculture industry.

• Exceptional coaching, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Capability to build trust and rapport with customers, inspiring confidence in their decision-making processes.

• A problem-solving attitude and the ability to think strategically.

• Experience working in or with agricultural enterprises is essential.
