Senior Business Applications Analyst, RentCafe – Yardi RentCafe Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivates and utilizes relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

• Offers expertise in designing and enhancing resident experiences, ensuring consistency across processes.

• Collaborates closely with the Yardi Implementation team and external data consultants for the successful rollout of the CRM and RentCafé modules.

• Works in tandem with the AVP of Operations to create and implement comprehensive training programs across various formats.

• Aids in maintaining project schedules and timelines.

• Conducts thorough training sessions to ensure effective use of the CRM and RentCafe systems.

• Provides continuous support to address issues and optimizes workflows consistently.

• Works alongside internal support teams to tackle challenges effectively.

• Establishes and implements quality assurance protocols.

• Recognizes and nurtures interdependencies across programs and functions to champion successful execution and enhance value capture.

• Sets best practices and ensures that solution delivery complies with established standards.

• Adheres to business cases or approved budgets by managing expenses related to one-time and recurring costs while driving ROI.

• Develops regular and detailed status updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, dependencies, and obstacles to facilitate effective resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, finance, or technology implementation.

• Strong grasp of customer journey design and industry best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex CRM implementation initiatives.

• Preferred familiarity with Yardi’s CRM, RentCafé, and related modules.

• Background in Project Management and Technical Support is essential.

• Experience in planning and executing system changes within a SOX-compliant environment is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Certifications in Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly preferred.
