Senior Business and Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to aid in program and organizational decision-making, identifying trends, variances, and potential financial risks or opportunities.

• Create, prepare, and sustain financial reports for internal leadership and external government stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, promptness, and adherence to reporting standards.

• Assist in the development of financial briefings, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership and government clients.

• Collaborate with program managers, contracting staff, and other stakeholders to align financial activities with program objectives and contract stipulations.

• Detect and rectify financial discrepancies, working in partnership with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.

• Aid in the enhancement and development of financial processes, tools, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in financial analysis.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial software.

• Current security clearance (Secret or higher).
