Senior Business Analyst – Trade-In

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct mapping and analysis of Trade-In processes, ranging from product evaluation to repurchase and resale.

• Assist in establishing business rules for Trade-In platforms, including trade-in value, eligibility, and technical criteria.

• Develop and sustain management dashboards and reports utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and Looker.

• Provide support to Product, Actuarial, Commercial, and Claims teams, converting their requests into strategic analyses.

• Oversee business KPIs such as loss ratio, retention, LTV, churn, sales performance, and profitability.

• Occasionally perform duties as Quality Assurance (QA) for test automation.

• Guarantee the quality and governance of data utilized in reporting.

• Engage in digital transformation and data-driven innovation initiatives within the insurance sector.

• Monitor KPIs including adoption rates, average ticket (average transaction value), margin by channel, and repurchase cycles.

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Reverse Logistics, Finance, and re-commerce partners.

• Aid in the modeling of promotional campaigns that encourage the trade-in of pre-owned products.

• Create management dashboards and analytical reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in Trade-In programs (buyback/recommerce) specifically for mobile phones.

• Background in data analysis relevant to the financial or insurance industries.

• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with software testing practices.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience working with agile methodologies.

• Preferred: Background in insurance companies, banks, or fintech firms.
